Limit reached. "I'm stopping giving my 'Closer to your customer' seminars because I don't want to participate in the dichotomy in society due to the introduction of the corona pass. Both vaccinated and unvaccinated people are welcome at my place. It doesn't feel right to have to shut out or 'force' people to get tested or vaccinated. That doesn't fit my outlook on life.

Almost my entire life I have worked to help companies achieve higher customer satisfaction and more turnover by making employees aware of the effect of their attitude and behaviour. I will certainly continue to do that, but only to companies that do not oblige their employees to be vaccinated or tested.

I realize the consequences of my decision but know that when one door closes, another door opens. This special time requires special choices that I take on full of energy and adventure.
